Michele E. Musial is an experienced healthcare administrative professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting medical practices, physicians, staff, and patients. Throughout her career, she has provided comprehensive leadership in healthcare operations, financial management, human resources, patient coordination, credentialing, compliance, and day-to-day practice administration.

Most recently, Michele served as an Office Manager where she oversaw the financial and operational functions of the practice, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax reporting, banking, contracting, employee administration, HIPAA compliance, and office policies and procedures for many years. She also provided direct administrative support to the practice owner.

Michele also held office management positions with a gynecology, family practice and orthopedic group, where she helped establish and manage medical practices, coordinated surgeries and patient care, handled insurance and credentialing responsibilities, managed billing and inventory, and supported physicians, staff, and patients. Her experience also includes medical transcription and scribing, with a transcription speed of more than 100 words per minute. She started her career at Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a medical secretary and surgery coordinator within the gynecology department.

Michele is also an entrepreneur, having owned and operated both a medical transcription business serving multiple medical specialties and a catering business serving medical professionals and businesses along the coast.

Known for being dependable, organized, and an excellent communicator, Michele brings a unique combination of healthcare knowledge, operational leadership, financial expertise, and hands-on patient and physician support. Her professional accomplishments include recognition for achieving 98% MIPS and compliance performance for three consecutive years, developing clinical operational policy and procedure manuals, and receiving ambulatory management training recognition.
