Lauren O’Keefe

Dr. O’Keefe is a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She currently resides in Ocean Springs with her husband and 2 daughters. Dr. O’Keefe received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2015 and went on to graduate with her Doctorate of Audiology in 2020. She is a member of American Speech and Hearing Association with a certificate of clinical competency. Dr. O’Keefe has been a clinical audiologist for six years where she has gained experience in many different settings ranging from ENT offices to VA healthcare to private practice. Dr. O’Keeffe’s favorite aspect of audiology is the ability to diagnose hearing and balance disorders that with treatment will not only have a positive impact on the patient but also their families and friends. Hearing loss is one of the hardest disorders with which patients cope, as it is not often “recognized” and treated as a disability. I personally enjoy giving patients the tools to more effectively communicate with and enjoy their loved ones! Dr. Lauren O’Keefe has comprehensive experience with vestibular testing, programming implantable devices such as cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing aids in addition to experience with most major hearing aid manufacturers.
